If you are currently in the “learning phase” regarding a possible bankruptcy filing, you may not want to spend the time filling out a 30+ page questionnaire or collecting pay stubs and credit reports.   You will need this detailed documentation later but if you want a “big picture” overview of the bankruptcy process and how it applies to you, I invite you to grab a pencil and fill out my brief  mini-questionnaire.  This form gives me enough information to speak to you intelligently about your debt situation and to offer general advice about both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options.
